SunAh [SUN-ah] (she/they) is a Chicago-based interdisciplinary artist and an educator with intertwining backgrounds in performing arts and fine arts. Their work is to start up uncomfortable conversations around the Culture of Silence among the spectrum of Asian and Asian Americans, and to improve the quality of life and visibility of multicultural and queer adolescents and young adults.

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, SunAh received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Music (Piano Performance) at Columbia College Chicago, and currently pursues the Masters of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
